Formed in 2011, John Ungerer and Todd Shipway decided to start a partnership to provide solutions to better network infrastructure management and true Cloud based services. Both members strive to help local companies lower their overall "IT" budgets with smart planning and leveraging the power of the Cloud. Priority Network Solution's goal is to help companies work more efficiently, see increased return on investment and provide real solutions to every day IT headaches.

Todd Shipway, is a senior network engineer with many years experience in the service providor industry.  Todd has held various engineering positions prior to joining Priority Network Solutions.  As senior engineer for a large satellite network provider, he oversaw the operation and maintenance of a worldwide IP infrastructure, and he also participated in the design and implementation of the Connexstar VSAT network.  Todd has a solid understanding of configuration and design of very complicated networking, security, wireless and VoIP solutions.  His background includes network design, configuration and troubleshooting.  In addition, Todd has strong knowledge of IP and all of its applications including IPv6 and routing protocols, WAN technologies including Fiber, high bandwidth configurations, DMVPN, MPLS, Frame Relay, Point-to-Point networks, ATM, ISDN and DSL.

John Ungerer spent the last 12 years working as an Information Technology Manager. Duties included implementing and maintaining the network infrastructure, from desktops, servers to physical network connections, engineering connectivity between multiple locations. His primary focus was on Microsoft Windows Server OSes, design and implementation of core server services. John holds MCSE certifications on Windows NT, Windows 2000/2003 and the MCITP for Windows 2008. John spent the last two years working with Vmware, consolidating servers and implementing disaster recovery features that Vmware provides. John has over 15 years experience troubleshooting desktop OSes from Windows 98 to Windows 7, including desktop hardware. He also has his A+ certification.
